This acorn-fed iberico salchichon is a natural product, developed slowly over time the traditional way. The result is tender with a juicy texture that melts in your mouth. Made with selected iberico acorn-fed pork stuffed into natural casings, it is seasoned with natural spices, hand-tied and dried in oakwood bells, curing naturally for over five months. In Spanish, this product is called, "Salchichón ibérico de bellota gran reserva Arturo Sánchez cortado a mano."
