This extra chorizo has a large percentage of high quality protein, including a 45% oleic acid content - oleic acid cannot by synthesized within he body, yet is essential for our health. It has a fine aroma, a bright coloring and a mild flavor with a special touch of paprika. It's perfect cooked or eaten with a glass of cider for a perfect balance of flavors! The term cular refers to the sausage being wrapped in the intestine of the animal. In Spanish, this product is called, chorizo serrano extra semi cular Artysán entero.
